When Rachael, a teenager, becomes pregnant by her quirky and less sociable neighbour after a casual hook-up, she is scared to her core about her future. She is so determined to improve her life that she sets her sights on a businessman who has reached the pinnacle of his career and makes up an elaborate story about him being the father of her baby. At the same time, her relationship with him quickly becomes more complex and the guilt becomes unbearable. She is cornered as her neighbour and the businessman, unbeknown to them, start getting in her life.
