Alex is working a late shift at the amusement arcade on her 21st birthday when her friends surprise her with a celebration. Their plans are interrupted by a masked killer dressed as Mickey Mouse. Trapped inside the arcade, the group must use their wits and teamwork to survive. Alex takes charge, guiding her friends through the danger.
